Conference Call on Cisco 7940

Enables you to establish a 6-way conversation with individuals internal or external to the telephone system. To establish a conference call:

1. Answer or place a call.
2. Press More.
3. Press Confr.
4. Dial another party. When the person answers, announce the conference call.
5. Press Confr.

To add additional parties:

1. Press More.
2. Press Confr.
3. Dial another party. When the person answers, announce the conference call.
4. Press Confr.

If the added party is busy or does not answer:

1. Press EndCall.
2. Press Hold.
